Great location, close to major attractions and public transport. The rooms were clean and well-kept, with all necessary amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service.
The beds were extremely uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The lack of crockery and cutlery in the room's kitchenette was also disappointing.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was absolutely perfect - within walking distance to all the major attractions, including the Old Town and Charles Bridge. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had all the basic amenities we needed, including a kitchenette with a microwave and fridge. The breakfast included in the stay was a nice touch and offered a good selection of options.
The beds, which were a bit uncomfortable. However, everything else about this hotel was great!

The location of this hotel is fantastic, with all major attractions within easy walking distance. You can explore the Old Town, the Jewish Quarter, and even Wenceslas Square without any hassle.
The comfort of the beds. While the room was acceptable for a short stay, the beds were quite uncomfortable and made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
